The Estate
The Dillet Estate
Originally from Yvorne and Chateau-d'Oex, for generations, a branch of the Minod family settled in Yvorne. Citizens of this commune since 1777, the Minod family has been cultivating vines and producing wine for 6 generations. It is the second generation of winegrowers and winemakers who bottle under the "Domaine Dillet" label
The Village of Yvorne
From the Gallo-Roman era, under the name of Evernum, to the present day, Yvorne has experienced many adventures. It is difficult to overlook the landslide of 1584, when the village was destroyed, but we will remember that the commune of Yvorne is one of the largest wine-growing communes in the canton.
The Vineyard
We cultivate 6 hectares of vines with great respect for nature and are part of the Yvorne Grandeur Nature appellation, which is a model of sustainable development, respectful of fauna and flora. The reputation of the Yvorne vineyard is known far and wide for its Terroir and its exceptional Chasselas.

A Family Business
Eric and Sylvia have been at the head of the estate since 2002. Their children, Céline, with a degree in oenology, and Dorian, with a degree in viticulture, are currently joining the estate and will represent the 7th generation.
